Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of the order is allowed only before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation would not be possible. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Returns Policy

We at Mogasu strive to deliver the best quality products to you. All our products (premium chanderi silk sarees, mul sarees) undergo a thorough quality check and assessment before shipping. Since the products are handmade, each product is unique and may have minor inconsistencies and aberrations. Any return requests for such aberrations will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please mail us the details at mentioning your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect along with an unboxing video.

  2. The shipping charges for sending the products back to us has to be borne by the customer.

  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team to assess the claim.

  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

  5. We do not have any exchange policy yet.

Additional terms for returns

  • Products without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.

  • The products should be unused and unwashed.

  • Sarees with fall and edging will not be accepted for returns.

  • Return requests that are not raised within 5 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

  • Products bought during sale are non-returnable.

  • Exchange will not be accepted if the product has been customized.

Shipping Policy

Domestic orders

  • Shipping is free for all orders above INR 1000.

  • We ship all our products from Goa through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc.

  • Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched.

  • Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver.

  • In case of change in delivery address, contact +91 7777 297989 or email within 4 hours of placing the order

International orders

  • We Charge Flat Shipping Fees basis the number of products bought and its weight.

  • We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10-15 days unless and otherwise mentioned different on particular product.

  • Any customs or import charges has to be borne by the customer.
