Shipping policy

Domestic orders

• Shipping is free for all pre-paid orders above INR 1000.
• Additional COD charge of ₹150 will apply. We will call you to confirm the order once placed. The final amount collected during delivery will be your order value plus ₹150. Ready to wear sarees and clothes are not eligible for COD.
• We ship all our products from Goa through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc.
• Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched.
• Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver.
• Ready-to-wear clothing including pre-drapped sarees made for your specific size typically take 5-7 days to process and dispatch, since these are made-for-order products.
• In case of change in delivery address, contact +91 7666 297989 or email hello@mogasu.com within 4 hours of placing the order

International orders

• We Charge Flat Shipping Fees basis the number of products bought and its weight.
• COD is not available for International orders.
• We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10-15 days unless and otherwise mentioned different on particular product.
• Ready-to-wear clothing including pre-drapped sarees made for your specific size typically take 5-7 days to process and dispatch, since these are made-for-order products.
• Any customs or import charges has to be borne by the customer.
