Saree for Haldi Ceremony Cotton

The haldi saree has a very specific brief, it needs to be something you genuinely love wearing and are genuinely not devastated to stain. That combination points immediately to cotton: natural, washable, forgiving and completely beautiful in the warm yellows and earthy tones that suit a haldi morning. At Mogasu, our haldi ceremony cotton sarees come from the warm end of our palette, mustard yellows, warm ochres, the soft greens that suit a morning ceremony in natural light. All hand block printed in Bagru, Rajasthan on mul cotton and linen using azo free dyes. The azo free dye detail matters here, these are dyes that are safe for prolonged skin contact, which on a haldi morning is exactly the reassurance you want. Pre-washed before they reach you, which means the fabric is already soft and cooperative for the ceremony. Available as a ready-to-wear option. Light enough for the warmth of a haldi morning. Free shipping India. With matching blouse piece.
