Hornbill is my favorite even before I relocated to Goa. The first time I saw this bird was when my to-be husband then shared a picture of this huge bird sitting on our balcony. I instantly fell in love with its shape and the name that has the appropriate suffix added to it ‘GREAT’ Hornbill. We have printed an accurate black-coloured motif of hornbill on this saree against the orange sun (or polka dots!). The blouse has similar circles but in bright blue. Get your hands on this quirky saree today.

At Mogasu, apparel is hand dyed and hand blocked printed by skillful artisans with love and precision. You might notice some imperfections - a testimony to the 100% original hand printing techniques. The colours might slightly differ due to lighting and photography.

Fabric info

Mul (mulmul cotton) fabric is super soft, lightweight and breathable. The fabric readily absorbs moisture, is great to wear during hot Indian summers.

Each saree is approximately 5.5 m in length and 45 inches in width. All sarees come with an 80 cm unstitched blouse piece, edging & tassels.

Product care

Do expect colour bleeding during the first few washes. Avoid soaking the saree. Wash separately and line dry in the shade. Iron at low temperatures in reverse. Please check out our blogs for more details on wash care.

Shipping

We ship all our products from Goa through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc. Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched. Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver.

All International orders are shipped via India Post and take 15-20 business days to deliver.

Loved the design

I have ordered this saree looking at one of the reels on instagram. Loved the design. Product quality is good so far. Colors are as shown in images. I have not washed it yet. So can not comment on that. Overall good experience and will certainly buy more from this brand

Colour is vibrant

Mul cotton has always been my favourite when it comes to saree fabric and when I came across this brand I just wanted to own one saree from the brand and as it claims you get what you see.
Colour is vibrant . I did not see any colour bleeding. Once washed it’s become softer. Mine is drying in shade after wash.
Would definitely repurchase in future ☺️
