Miri (Konkani for Black pepper) is endemic to India and grown in plantations along the Western Ghats. Miri is inspired from the scattered black peppercorns drying in Goa’s hot sun. The offbeat design is available in mul and features shades of green vines dotting the typical kulagar plantation.
At Mogasu, apparel is hand dyed and hand blocked printed by skillful artisans with love and precision. You might notice some imperfections - a testimony to the 100% original hand printing techniques. The colours might slightly differ due to lighting and photography.

Soft, breathable, and effortlessly elegant.
This mul cotton saree with polkas on the border is perfect for workdays or sunny strolls — fresh in look, light in feel, and full of charm. I absolutely loved the fabric, got many compliments and definitely made me want more of these sarees. Looking forward to drape the other two that I got in my collection. I bought my first saree from Mogasu recently. The sarees keep up to their name and are so heart warming and lovely that I found it difficult to buy just one. Available in varied patterns and colors, I loved the spice theme which is an integral part of Goa and immediately chose that. Kudos to Team Mogasu and best wishes for the future. This is my first saree from mogasu. This saree is my most favourite among all the sarees but this product was out of stock for sometime. I have been really waiting to purchase this one. Once it is back in stock, I have ordered this saree immediately.
I have received the saree today and it is so so beautiful. The fabric, color, design and everything about the saree is so good. This is the first time I have bought saree for myself and I am 100% satisified. Thank you so much Tejashree mam for such a lovely saree.
