What inspired this saree

 

Toring is a seasonal fruit in Goa, and for me, it brings back memories of matholi. During Ganesh Chaturthi, fruits are tied to a wooden trellis above the Ganesh idol as an offering. This saree captures the fresh pinks and greens of the fruit and comes in the softest mul cotton. Perfect to cheer you up on a dull day. Comes with a blouse piece as shown in the last picture.
