It means being slightly ahead of it,  wearing things before they become obvious, choosing designers before they become famous, understanding that a handmade saree from a founder-led brand in Goa is more interesting than anything currently on the front page of a mainstream e-commerce platform.
At Mogasu, we are fashion forward by default, because we design from lived experience rather than trend reports. By the time a Goa-inspired print, a hand block aesthetic or a natural fabric palette appears on a fast fashion website, Mogasu has been making it for seasons. We were here first because we are actually here, on the coast, in the studio, in the market, designing from what is real rather than what is predicted.
Our founder is a NIFT trained designer who built this brand on her own terms. Custom wooden blocks, Bagru artisan craft, small batches, azo free dyes. The fashion forward choice is always the one made with the most intention.
