Our founder has been drawing these fruits since her first years on the Goan coast, not as decorative motifs borrowed from a reference board, but as the actual fruits she buys, eats and finds beautiful in the specific way that daily familiarity makes things beautiful. Each fruit motif is custom-carved into a wooden block in Bagru, Rajasthan and pressed by hand onto mul cotton, linen and Chanderi using azo free dyes, colours matched by artisan eye to the exact warmth of each fruit's palette.
