At Mogasu, we have been making beach aesthetic sarees since before that phrase existed, because our founder has been dressing for the Goan coast since she moved here.
Our beach aesthetic collection uses our sheerest, most transparent fabrics,  Kota Doria and mul cotton printed with coastal motifs designed at our Goa studio. Conch shells. Sea creatures. Shore botanicals. The particular blue of shallow water. Each motif is custom-carved into a wooden block in Bagru, Rajasthan and pressed by hand using azo free dyes in colours the artisans arrive at without measuring.
