Our founder built this brand because she wanted sarees that worked for real life on the Goan coast, for a morning at the market, an afternoon with friends, an evening that starts casual and goes wherever it goes. The fabrics she chose, mul cotton, linen, Chanderi and Kota Doria, are all naturally relaxed in their drape. The prints are Goa-inspired and hand block printed in Bagru, Rajasthan, using azo free dyes in small batches. Every casual saree is pre-washed before it reaches you, so there is no stiffness, no breaking in, just a saree that feels, from the first wearing, like it has always been yours.
